CrazyBone1000 Plays Minecraft is a Let's Play series of Minecraft played by CrazyBone1000 on his YouTube channel, TheCrazyBone1000. He started the series on November 4, 2014 and is currently starting the fourth season of the series.

Episode Airing

Prior to the 2019-2022 hiatus, CrazyBone typically uploaded one episode every two months or so. According to CrazyBone, the delay in production is due to his real-life job, college, and other things preventing him from making videos as frequently. Formerly, CrazyBone would upload one video a week. Each video lasts around a half hour, with the exception of only a couple episodes.

Series Plotline

CrazyBone1000 begins the series as an avid miner working alone in caves mining for resources using a highly-advanced mining laser, among other tools. In his journey, he stumbles into a patch of gravel with anomalous properties, causing him to seek out more adventure and eventually leading him to an entirely different world in which he has no resources whatsoever. Now having to fend for himself, CrazyBone begins to structure a new life and must seek out ideal methods toward his survival.

CrazyBone eventually makes his way back to his former world, where he has already harvested many resources and needs little more to get by with, however his time back home is cut short when his acquaintance Titus guides him toward the world of Desteria. CrazyBone eventually finds Titus in Desteria's realm of Avena and the two begin to survive together, building a house and digging for valuable ores. During one expedition, a mysterious figure named Andrewww26 joins the duo and settles in silently, only to disappear without a trace shortly after a lengthier expedition.

Unfazed by the disappearance of their recently-gained colleague, CrazyBone and Titus continue to survive in Avena using Desteria's Shop as a means of earning money to buy more useful materials. After their house is raided, CrazyBone and Titus destroy it with TNT and relocate to an isolated swamp, under which they begin construction on their second house, this time underground and shielded from the eyes of other potential raiders. This house is slowly expanded as the duo continue obtaining valuables and upgrading their living situation. To gain resources more quickly, the two begin to seek out bases of their own to raid, however most of their searches yield unsuccessful results. Whenever they find downtime, CrazyBone and Titus instead play minigames on several different servers to break up the monotony.

After spending a month in Desteria, CrazyBone separates from Titus temporarily and finds himself living in a world with two other players named TheRusty and KingOhzar. The three build a base into the side of a mountain together and begin to look for resources. As CrazyBone finds himself lost in a nearby mesa biome, Ohzar begins to abuse his easy access to world commands which leads the three players to argue with each other. After a short time, CrazyBone moves back to Desteria only to find out that Titus has been locked in their underground base's sugarcane farm for nearly two months.

Aside from continuing to seek out abandoned Avena bases with Titus, CrazyBone begins working on personal projects outside Desteria, including an End Portal time machine which he uses to travel to the year 2025. In the future, CrazyBone finds a massive city that he dubs Area 73-5, exploring it to a major extent before heading back to his own time period.

CrazyBone then begins another brief adventure across several different servers, causing him to eventually run into a player named Nail64Gaming. The two only play together for a brief time before once again going their own separate ways; CrazyBone going back to Desteria in order to help Titus construct a vault to contain the duo's amassed wealth while Nail retreats to an unknown location. CrazyBone also ends up in a map in which he enters a sewer system, where he pulls a lever when prompted, unaware of its main function until much later.

Desteria's Avena realm is deleted shortly after, destroying all of CrazyBone and Titus's hard-earned materials and home as well as separating them from each other momentarily. CrazyBone retreats to a world in the outdated Minecraft 1.6.4, starting a new life and fighting the elements while Titus joins a creative mode server and builds a private base with a redstone elevator.

Shortly afterward, CrazyBone discovers that Area 73-5 has been completely destroyed by natural disasters (such as volcanoes, meteorites, sinkholes, and earthquakes) and stars in a documentary about the wreckage. Exactly as to why the destruction took place is left unknown. CrazyBone then ventures to an uncharted planet, in which he gets scared by a cow wearing a creepy mask and accidentally launches himself into space in an attempt to escape it.

Snapshots for Minecraft 1.9 are eventually released, causing CrazyBone to journey to the End in order to locate an End City Dungeon. He eventually finds one, and attempts to call it home before suddenly realizing that the Void is beginning to take control of his actions. He stumbles through the End in a desperate attempt to find a way out, before killing himself in order to respawn in the Overworld. Shaken, CrazyBone returns to his 1.6.4 home and tries to recollect himself.

CrazyBone reunites with Titus in the world of Mineplex, where the two, now homeless, resort to instead playing SkyWars. Eventually the two retreat to Titus's new base, where they construct a treehouse that would supposedly serve as their new base until they got back on their feet in Desteria. However, this base is abandoned shortly after when the two return to Mineplex and run into an unlikely ally, a young child named mrspankeybottom. After joining CrazyBone and Titus's Skype call, however, the two realize that keeping the kid around is probably not the best idea.

Eventually the two return to Desteria, this time venturing to the realm of Drego. Titus has already set up a cactus farm in this realm, however it has been taken over by raiders. After an unsuccessful attempt to reclaim the cactus farm, CrazyBone and Titus abandon Desteria altogether, causing the two to once again separate temporarily.

Now alone again, CrazyBone ventures back to the destroyed Area 73-5, where a voice in his head (which he later determines to be Nail's) guides him toward the lair of a villager named Dr. Inconsiderate, who supposedly created the natural disasters that destroyed the city. CrazyBone is angry at first, however ignores Nail's orders to kill the villager and instead discovers that he's innocent after all. Nail takes control of CrazyBone and forces him to kill Dr. Inconsiderate, and promptly makes CrazyBone drown himself afterward.

After respawning, CrazyBone realizes Nail's voice is gone and decides to embark on his own quest to find out the real reason why Area 73-5 was destroyed. He ventures back to Dr. Inconsiderate's lair, where he breaks the walls and discovers a button that teleports him back to the sewers, right next to the lever he pulled that originally did nothing. CrazyBone pieces the puzzle together and discovers that the lever itself destroyed the city and that he was tricked into pulling it, thus making himself the cause of the city's destruction. His time spent in space sped up time itself, causing the redstone signal to quickly travel to the year 2025, and the Void had previously tried to take over his mind to prevent him from discovering the truth. The strange gravel CrazyBone had seen at the start of the series was nothing more than a ploy to coax him into continuing the adventure, and Dr. Inconsiderate was merely guarding the truth, fabricating his personality to throw CrazyBone off.

Now knowing that his actions caused the deaths of millions, CrazyBone retreats to another world in an attempt to hide himself and start over. During this time, he suddenly remembers about the disappearance of andrewww26, and begins drawing memories to try and determine what exactly happened to him and why he decided to only briefly live with he and Titus in Desteria before vanishing. Not wanting to figure things out on his own, however, CrazyBone reunites with Rusty and the two travel to a PvP server, where they find an enemy in a supposed hacker named tylerbrawl. Unable to defeat him, the two fall back and return for revenge a month later, however he has long since disappeared and the two instead use the time to hone their PvP skills.

As CrazyBone continues to slide the pieces into place about andrewww26, he realizes that andrewww was likely deleted alongside Avena and sent to a place known as the Aether. He builds a portal to the dimension and travels through it, eventually finding a dungeon that he challenges in order to hopefully find clues. After defeating several bosses, CrazyBone begins to break the walls in celebration when he suddenly finds a lengthy note left by andrewww embedded within the wall. The note states that, while andrewww was indeed sent to the Aether, he managed to escape and is now watching CrazyBone from the shadows. This causes CrazyBone to stay away from the game for several months.

Upon his eventual return, CrazyBone and Rusty come up with a minigame called "20 Questions of Technicality" and once again begin playing minigames on servers, just as they had done before CrazyBone's adventure into the Aether. Bored of minigames, CrazyBone decides to go on another adventure alone, this time traveling to a dimension full of caves in an effort to retrieve the God Ore, an Opal gem. After a lot of digging, CrazyBone comes across a single block of Opal ore, which he mines and takes back to the surface. However, the Opal's power begins to make his game glitch out, so he digs a hole in the stone and throws the gem into it to contain it.

CrazyBone then travels back to Desteria, where he discovers that Drego's landscape is identical to Avena's. Traveling back to the coordinates of he and Titus's former underground home, he rebuilds it block for block before inviting Titus back to surprise him. Titus is unfazed by the reconstruction of the house, however, and tells CrazyBone that he has given up on Desteria before logging off. CrazyBone, distraught, instead invites Rusty and KingOhzar to live in the house with him instead, also inviting a telepathic voice known as Lizard to guide the three along. As the two new players adjust to the house, CrazyBone finds Titus skulking around the darkness of the surrounding caves and realizes that Titus isn't as done with Desteria as he made it sound. The four players eventually team up and renovate the base together, expanding the farm and adding several additional rooms.

CrazyBone and Titus's revived Desteria faction goes to war against a faction owned by a player named Nick shortly afterward, and the two engage in TNT cannon warfare in an attempt to break into Nick's base to steal his mob spawners. After several attempts and avoided attacks from Nick, the two blast a hole into the side of the base and are able to get inside. Although the two are unable to obtain the spawners themselves, they essentially end up claiming the base in its entirety, as Nick ends up dying during the fight and is unable to teleport back to his original home.

Eventually, the realm of Drego suffers the same fate as Avena, and CrazyBone and Titus are once again separated. CrazyBone, however, manages to save their house within a singleplayer world just before the deletion, allowing him constant access to the house without having to worry about any future deletions. While exploring the caves around the base in the singleplayer world, CrazyBone comes across a set of ten mysterious items hung on the wall of a mineshaft around a player head that resembles andrewww26's. He takes the items, determined to discover their purpose, and stores them in the base's Ender chest.

CrazyBone reunites with Nail and Rusty and returns to the real Desteria, and the three enter the realm of Theos. They build a house into the side of a mountain while making numerous references to Nicolas Cage before CrazyBone discovers an unnatural system of man-made caves underneath the base. The confusion is cut short, however, as CrazyBone discovers a massive ravine, clearing out the lava at its base and allowing Nail to build a bar inside. After this, Theos is erased just like both Drego and Avena had been in the past, meaning the team's work was all for nothing.

CrazyBone is eventually called upon by Geo Descent Labs and is taken to a different world, in which he is requested to apply a flight suit and carry out a solo mission to the core of the planet to retrieve two researchers who ended up trapped there during a drilling incident. CrazyBone hesitantly accepts the task and flies toward the planet's center. After a series of failures, he reaches the core and finds Dr. Barney, who has been trapped within the drill for multiple years. Nearing insanity after eating his assistant and most of the books stored within the vessel, Barney steals CrazyBone's flight suit and launches himself into the planet's core in an attempt to eat it. This causes the core to explode, destroying the tunnels CrazyBone had traversed as well as the lab above ground. CrazyBone manages to survive the catastrophic event and reuinites with Rusty to play another game of 20 Questions.

CrazyBone, Rusty, and Nail return to an unknown realm of Desteria (still distraight over the loss of their home and bar) and simply build a campfire to tell stories around, not wanting to waste time building another home that would inevitably be deleted. Shortly after this, CrazyBone and Nail embark on a time travel mission (using the legendary Opal CrazyBone had retrieved previously) that will allow CrazyBone to prevent himself from pulling the switch that destroys Area 73-5. Traveling back to the year 2015, CrazyBone attempts multiple times to convince himself to give up on the switch, but to no avail. Each return to the present yields different results; such as a reality where the city is doused in lava as well as a reality where the city was never built at all. CrazyBone eventually bribes his past self into not pulling the switch by offering him the Opal, which he takes in exchange for giving up on the adventure map entirely. CrazyBone and Nail return to the present to find that Area 73-5 has been restored to its former glory.

Overjoyed by this, CrazyBone returns to a secret lab he had built within one of the city's buildings, where his research into andrewww26's disappearance continues. Using several dimensional portals, CrazyBone hops dimensions in order to determine which one andrewww made his residence within after his escape from the Aether. Although CrazyBone does not find andrewww himself, he finds a series of notes left behind by andrewww that, when pieced together, form a riddle that guides CrazyBone toward his own Ender chest. Within the Ender chest is a book written by andrewww that tells CrazyBone to look for him in the Black Desert, leaving CrazyBone confused. Returning to he and Titus's base in the singleplayer world he'd saved, CrazyBone retrieves the ten items from the Ender chest and claims that he will take them to the Black Desert.
